This game is good all around the only problem is the price of weapons they are way too high

Its pretty cool I like it Angry birds have you ever played a flying game before? Have you ever flown a plane before? Thats what it really like.

but way worse than Galaxy on Fire 2, i got the mobile phone version of GOF 2 and it was extraordinary. Hence I have no doubt that the iPhone version would be indescribable. But I have to save money for a while :( , $10 is a pretty fair price for such strong-graphic game though, have to blame US economy coz it only cost like £6 in Europe (Fishlabs is a European developer) which is not so expensive for them I believe. Anyway lol, this game is 5-star, GOF2 would be thousand-star ;)

The game is pretty easy, except for the third mission. (Its not fair when you only have a failed weapon for starting) , stunning graphics, once you get the Vossk Fighter with Vossk laser and missle it gets boring, then with the best bomber with best weapons you pretty much beat the game. I would get 2 definitely.

But you should have the option to play the game in the cockpit of the space ship. Also how do you unlock the map.

I had this game on my old touch and am getting it again. Im planning on getting galaxy on fire 2 when Ive played this for a while.

I love the game but it does get very repetitive. Some ideas. Multiplayer. Missions moving you from base to base. Consumables. Missle chaff.

...and made even better by the fact that I got it free. Its quite fun, good level of content and good level of difficulty. Get it while its free.

Make the sequel slightly cheaper, 5.99 at most. I got no money to pay the 10$ price tag.

Its long and fun. I have been playing for awile and so far the only thing you have to do is buy weapons and ships. Then you basically beaten the game when you have the strongest stuff. The missions are easy and there are maby 10 different types of missions. Well those are the most common ones at least. Other than that this game is great.

This reminds me of deep3d submarine odessy by this same company. They rock and I love the control specially the accelerometer, its so accurate. They could make the graphics a little better but I think they did that on version 2. But I still miss deep3d that was fun, u could catch fish and resources with huge hooks by shooting and holding and moving with it. Battles were there too. That had lots of trading options, hooks, harpoons, sea creatures and treasures, guns, ships, upgrades, boosts etc etc. I hope they remake another deep for iOS.

This game is fantastic. Love the sandbox/free roam element to it.

Privateer was my favourite all time game. Freelancer was great too. Im seriously disappointed Origin/EA and Micrisift respectfully bailed on them. This game is truely worthy of being spoken in the same breath as those classics and really a great game to play! Only other in the genre is Jumpgate which is rather aged now. The only critique I have is the lack of cargo/transport runs but then Ive only explored 24% of the universe after 3-4 hours of play. Its that emmerrsive. I also havent detected any underlying storyline mission structure either which will keep the game fresh discovering far off places that dvepoes a plotline and increases the challenge. Purchasing one of the above IPs would give us chills of excitement of where their storyline can go.

Buy Galaxy on Fire 2 HD instead for three obvious reasons: - High Definition PS3 Graphics instead of ugly PSOne Graphics - Full Voice Acting instead of dead boring silence all the time - Way better Sound Effects and Controls for the whole 5 star sci-fi experience Dont buy this version...

Loved this game but it freezes in the same place every time and I cant go any further.
